This flight is shared with other passengers, we require a minimum of 2 people and may vary the size of our aircraft according to the number of passengers.

Check-in is in the first hours of dawn at CALLE JAZMÍN 35 A, PEDREGAL DE HACIENDA GRANDE, TEQUISQUIAPAN, Querétaro; it is the only and best time for this activity.

About the children:

-The minimum recommended age to fly is 6 years old.

-Children under 4 years old are not allowed to fly.

-Only children up to 9 years of age will be considered.

Cancellation due to weather conditions:

The pilot is the only one with the authority to decide whether the flight can be made or not. For obvious safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time. In such a case, the purchase will retain its validity for one year to the destination where the package was purchased for replacement at no additional cost from the date your flight was postponed.

Since balloon flights are conditioned by the weather, it may happen that one day we are forced to cancel the flight, even though the weather forecast the day before the flight date was favorable, because weather forecasts are not an exact science.

If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions (winds above 12 km/h, rain, fog), we will offer to reschedule the flight free of charge within one year or transfer it to someone else.

If upon rescheduling, the flight is canceled again due to weather, the one-year period to reschedule the flight will be restarted at no cost.

In case the customer has purchased a Wednesday 2×1 package, they will have one year to reschedule the flight, valid only on Wednesdays in low season, since this promotion does NOT apply on vacations, long weekends, holidays or vacations.
